  <p>Information: Harold Monroe Casto, 66, of Statts Mill, died Oct. 5, 1987, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.  He was a retired carpenter, a veteran of World War II and a member of Siniaville United Methodist Church, Statts Mill.  Surviving:  wife, Tressie Fay Casto; son, Larry of Staats Mill; daughters, Phyllis Cobb of Collegeville, Pa., Charlotte Casto of Belleville, Delores Cummings of Evans; brothers, Junior of Belgrove, Claude of Weston; sisters, Orva Stalnaker of Statts Mill, Aulene Stutler of Silverton, Gatha Casto of Nitro, Karen Critchfield of Belgrove, Janet Royal of Ohio; six grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Owen and Sarah Casto and an infant son. Service will be 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Siniaville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ernest F. Marty officiating.  Burial will be in Siniaville Cemetery.  Friends may call one hour prior to service at the church.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.   </p>
