  <p>Information: William Russell Anderson, 92, of Warm Mineral Springs, Fla., died Feb. 9, 1996.  He was born Jan. 8, 1904 in Jackson County, a son of the late Isaac and Martha Raines Anderson.  He was a member of the Elk Fork Methodist Church.  Survivors include a daughter, Catherine Boggess of Warm Mineral Springs; a step-daughter, Esther Morrow of Vienna; two brothers, Dennie and Ova, both of Ripley; four grandchildren, Linda Miller of Marietta, Carol Brown of Englewood Fla., Tim Boggess of Whipple, Ohio and William J. Boggess of Warm Mineral Springs; two great-grandchildren, Tami Nicely of Poca and Matthew Brown of Englewood.  Services and burial will be at a later date.</p>
