  <p>Information: Mrs. Freda Casto, 58, of 5307 Koontz Dr., Tyler Heights, died Tuesday in Charleston General Hospital after a long illness.  A former Ripley resident, she was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Nitro, and a native of Kentuck.  Surviving:  husband, Luzon, former Jackson schools superintendent and presently principal of Arthur Boreman Grade School in Cross Lanes; daughters, Mrs. Charlene Hinkle of Belpre, Ohio, Mrs. Brenda White of Radford, Va.; mother, Mrs. Arthur Kiser of Ripley; brothers, Keith Kiser of Charleston, John Kiser of Albuquerque, N.M.; sisters, Miss Arlene Kiser of Vienna, Mrs. Lorraine O&#39;Hallen of Riverrow, Ill., Mrs. Gail Pinnell of Cottageville, Mrs. Jenette Cottrell of Dunbar; and two grandchildren.  Service was Thursday in Calvary Baptist Church, Nitro, with the Rev. Millard Mitchell officiating.  Burial was in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.</p>
