  <p>Information: BELGROVE - Freda E. Faber Casto, 96, of Belgrove, died Aug. 20, 1999, in Cedar Ridge Health Center, Pocatalico, after a short illness.  She was born June 21, 1903 at Dudden, Jackson County, a daughter of the late James White Faber and Florence Edna Hinzman Faber.  She was a homemaker and a dedicated mother.  She was a charter member of Plainview Missionary Baptist Church, Kenna, and Jackson County Senior Citizens, Ripley.  Surviving: sons, Earl of Ripley, Edward and Roland, both of Kenna; daughters, Ravena Duffield and Wanda McClung, both of Cross Lanes, Edna Kelly of Charleston, Eleanore Clay of Goldtown, Rita McCoy of Ravenswood; brother, Orva Faber of Pocatalico; 21 grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; 19 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Plainview Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Kersey and the Rev. George Freshour officiating.  Burial will be in Plainview-Casto Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley.</p>
