  <p>Information: Flora Barr Casto, 96, of Parkersburg, died May 12, 1988 in The Willows following a long illness.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late John Hoschar and Martha Rhodes Hoschar.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Long Hollow Baptist Church.  She is survived by four sons, Arthur Barr of Middleport, Ohio, Ray Barr and Dale Barr, both of Leon, Charles B. Barr of Parkersburg; three daughters, Nellie Casto of Belpre, Ohio, Inez Brotherton of Given, Deloris Casto of Ripley; one brother, Phillip Hoschar of Parkersburg; one sister, Iva Smith of Parkersburg; 42 grandchildren; 73 great-grandchildren; 24 great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, W. Robert Barr; her second husband, Lawson Casto; and four children.  Services were Saturday at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley.  Burial was in Foster Chapel Cemetery.   </p>
