  <p>Information: RETIRED DUNBAR POLICEMAN DIES - Elijah M. (Pop) Casto, 83, one of Dunbar&#39;s first city policemen and a retired merchant there, died at his home at 1220 Payne Avenue, December 24.  He had been a resident of the city for 45 years.  He was a charter member of Longview Methodist Church at Evans.  Survivors include four sons, Okey of Tyler Mountain, Theodore (T. J.) of Point Pleasant, Otho and J. Mason Casto, both of Dunbar; three daughters, Miss Rosa Casto, Dunbar, Mrs. Velma Hill of Tyler Mountain, and Mrs. Thelma Miller of Johnstown, O.; a brother, George of Charleston; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.</p>
