  <p>Information: Earley Hoyt Casto, 95, of Ripley departed this life November 24, 1998 at CAMC General Division, following a brief illness.  He was born October 30, 1903 at Given, a son of the late Jasper H and Ida B (Carney) Casto.  He was retired from the Agriculture Stabilization Conservation Service and served as Executive Director for Jackson County.  He was a former educator in Jackson and Putnam counties, a farmer, a member of the Moss Chapel Church, Given and attended the Epworth United Methodist Church in Ripley.  Survivors include sons, Hoy Casto of Venice, FL, Buford Casto of Red House, Carl Casto of Pomeroy, OH and Harvey Lawrence of Streetsboro, OH; daughters, Emma Jean Smith of Hudson, FL, Marjorie Gillispie of Galloway, OH; brother, Kenneth Casto of Sissonville; 21 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by wife, Callie Dove (Carney) Casto; sons Arthur and Ralph Casto; daughter, Carmen Bonnett; brother, Howard Casto; sisters, Mary Kessell, Ema Lee Casto, and Tressie Adlne Casto.  Services and burial at Moss Chapel Church and Cemetery, Given.       </p>
