Information: Delphia Rhodes Casto, age 83, of Kenna, died March 11, 2004, at Eldercare in Ripley.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 14, at 2 pm at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home with Pastor David Spencer officiating.  Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery on Fisher Ridge in Jackson County.  Visitation will be from noon until 2 pm, funeral service time, on Sunday at the funeral home.
