  <p>Information: Carl Clinton Casto, 63, of Charleston, the brother of Mrs. Ada Stalnaker of Ripley, died Sunday in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a short illness.  He was retired from Union Carbide Corp. after 42 years service.  He attended Teays Valley Baptist Church and the West Virginia Home Mission.  He was a Mason.  Other survivors:  wife, Opal Marshall Casto; sons, Carl M. of Nitro, Ronald R. of Charlotte, N. C.; brother, Delmar of Satellite Beach, FL; sisters, Mrs. Tressie Smith of South Charleston, Mrs. Glenva Garrett and Mrs. Ruby Hill, both of Charleston; five grandchildren.  Service will be 11 am today (Wednesday) in West Virginia Home Mission with the Rev. Melvin Hayes and the Rev. Dorris Walls officiating.  Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery.  Cunningham Funeral Home, Charleston, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
