  <p>Information: Raymond Anderson, 63, of Tampa, Fla., died Thursday.  A native of Ripley, he was a resident of the Tampa Bay area for 13 years.  He was retired from the U. S. Air Force and a veteran of World War II and the Korean War.  He was a Protestant and a member of Disabled American Veterans Chapter No. 4 and the Retired Air Force Sergeants Association.  He is survived by his wife, Cora O.; three sons, Stephen O. of Columbus, Ohio, Raymond D. of Tampa and Michael L. of Riverview; two daughters, Nancy S. Welch and Netta S. Webster, both of Tampa; three brothers, Hobert of Melbourne, Fla., Joe of Statts Mill, and Lonnie of Iverness; two sisters, Freda Sharp of Ripley and Virginia Bosworth of Evans; and 16 grandchildren.  Garden of Memories Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.</p>
