Information: Arliage D. Casto, 69, of Rt. 1, Mineral Wells, died at his residence Monday afternoon.  Mr. Casto was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Samuel Oscar and Hattie Baker Casto.  He attended the Pettyville United Methodist Church, was a veteran of World War II, retired from Union Carbide Corp. after 12 years of employment.  Previous to that, he had been an employee of the American ViscoseFMC Corp. for several years.  Surviving are his widow, Nellie F. Barr Casto; two sons, Morley Gene Casto, of Port Huenene, Calif., and Delbert D. Casto, of Belpre, and Mrs. Jack L. (Betty) Blair of Rt. 1, Mineral Wells; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Barr of Parkersburg and Mrs. Evalee Carmichael of Ashland, O.; 14 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lois Marie; a brother and a sister.  Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, 1 p.m. at the Leavitt Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating.  Burial in Fairplain Cemetery, Jackson County. Friends may call at the Leavitt Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.
