  <p>Information: Alvin ""Alvie"" Monroe Casto, 50, of Evans, was taken home by the Lord Sunday, January 20, 2008, at his home following a sudden illness.  He was born May 14, 1957, in Ripley, a son of Charles and Kathyrn Casto.  He was employed by J&M Industrial and enjoyed music, family and friends.  In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife Karen J. Casto of Evans; children Alvin M. Casto II and wife Sara, David Casto and wife Amanda and Amanda Casto and husband Cerby; grandchildren Donovan Casto, Kaitlyn Casto, Kendra Casto, and Tyler Casto, stepdaughters Sherry Altenburger and Terri Moore and husband Mark; stepgrandchildren Zak Coleman, Levi Coleman, Raven Altenburger, Mesa Altenburger, Madison Hudnall and Miranda Hudnall and brothers David Casto and wife Dottie, Joe Casto and Caleb Casto.  He was preceded in death by an infant brother Jospeh Louis Casto.  Service at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley and burial at Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.</p>
