  <p>Information: Alvan Dale Casto, 67, of Given, died July 6, 1990 in Memorial Division, CAMC after a long illness. He was a retired supervisor for State Highways Commission.  He was a Navy veteran of World War II, a member of VFW and a Mason.  He was a Lutheran and a 15-year resident of Jackson County. Surviving:  wife, Phyllis Virginia Casto; sons, Alvan Dale II of Given, Gregory Daton of Huntington, Phillip D. and Charles J. Miller, both of California; sisters, Mavis Metz and Annabelle Turner, both of Barboursville, Margaret Burkes of Ohio, Betty Branhan of Pennsylvania; brother, Dayton C. of Largent, Keith of Huntington; three grandchildren.  Memorial service will be held at a later date. Barlow-Bonsall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p>
