Information: Vera Castin, 86, of Vienna, died Monday afternoon in Worthington Manor Care Center.  She was born in Noble County, Ohio, a daughter of the late Albert and Mary Mossburg Pennington.  She was a member of St John United Methodist Church, Vienna.  Survivors:  foster son, James Paul Williams of Michigan City, Ind.; foster daughter, Clara White Balderson of Vienna; nine grandchildren, Paul Balderson, Rosalie Murrey, Mary Balderson, Sharon Balderson, Harry Williams, Terry DeQuigg, Keith Williams. Ronnie Williams and Jimmie Williams and a number of great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ralph W. Gerloch, in 1953 and her second husband, Adam Castin, in 1963.  Service was held Thursday at Vaughan Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Kenneth B. Ball officiating.  Burial was in Parkersburg IOOF Cemetery.
