Information: Mrs. Lucille Ann Carpenter, 48, of Charleston, died July 14, 1987 in General Division, Charleston Area Medical Center after a long illness.  She was the mother of Mrs. Susan Croushourn of Cottageville. She was a member of Union Valley Gospel Tabernacle, Tuppers Creek.  Additional survivors include her husband, Thomas; one son, Dale Craft of Charleston; five sisters, Mrs. Beatrice Smith of Elkview, Mrs. Shirley Snodgrass of Sissonville, Mrs. Margie Hayes of Warren, MI, Mrs. Georgia Wilson of Hurricane, Mrs. Jean Naylor of South Charleston; one half-sister, Mrs. Hazel McCallister of Clendenin; three brothers, Walter Elmore of Warren, MI, Holly Elmore of Sissonville, Opal Elmore of Clendenin; half-brother, Jack Hammonds of Tyler Mountain, and five grandchildren.  Services were Friday at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Dana Clay officiating.  Burial was in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.
