  <p>Information:    Mertie F. Carney, 36, of Sandyville, died Monday at home.       She is a daughter of Foster Wilkinson of Sandyville and the late Esta Riggs Wilkinson.  She was a memeber of the Prayer and Faith Church, Charleston.        Also surviving: husband, William F. Carney; daughters, Mary Carney and Brenda Carney, both of Sandyville; brothers, Robert Wilkinson and Foster Leon Wilkinson, both of Sandyville.        Survices will be Thursday, 1 p. m., at the Northside Nazarene Church, Charleston, with the Rev. Elmer Pursley and the Rev. Earl Jordan officiating.  Burial will be in the Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.        Friends may call at the Vail Funeral Home, Ripley.</p>
