  <p>Information: Curran McKinley Carnell, 56, of Jackson, Miss., formerly of Jackson County, died Sunday in Jackson after a long illness.  He was a member of the plumbers union, a World War II veteran, a member of Highland Baptist Church.  He lived in Jackson for 35 years.  Surviving daughters, Mrs. Margaret Ann Hayman of Chicago, Ill.; sons, Curran Eugene and William Arnold, both of Jackson, Miss.; mother, Mrs. Hattie Mae Matthews of Charleston; brothers, Lee of St. Albans, William L. of Dunbar; half-sister, Mrs. Helen Quillen of Charleston; step-sister, Mrs. Lonnie Haynes of South Charleston; step-brother, Otho Matthews of Charleston; five grandchildren.  Service will be today (Wednesday) in Jackson, Miss.  Wright-Ferguson Funeral Home, Jackson, Miss., is in charge of arrangements.</p>
