  <p>Information: Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Chambers Funeral Home, Ravenswood for Harry Lee Carmichael, 86, of Rt. 2, Ravenswood, who died yesterday at his home following an extended illness.  Burial will be in Silverton Cemetery.  Born in Jackson County, a son of the late James and Rebecca Shockey Carmichael, he was a retired farmer.  Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Mildred Taylor, Mrs. Helen Gudger and Ruth Carmichael all of Ravenswood, Mrs. Orpha Buffington, Rockport, Mrs. Faye Wells, Sandyville; three sons, Joe and Clark Carmichael, both of Ravenswood, John L. Carmichael, Long Beach, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Ollie Lane, Williamstown, Miss Elfra Carmichael, Ravenswood, 26 grandchildren and 19 great-grand-children.</p>
