  <p>Information: Albert Dale Carmichael, 64, of Route 1, Sandyville, died Sunday while visiting a son in Ashland, Ohio.  He was a native of Jackson County and a construction employee.  Surviving:  wife, Mary M. Carmichael; four sons, Danny, Douglas and Dana Carmichael of Ashland, Ohio, and Richard Carmichael of Mansfield, Ohio; two daughters, Janice Edmonds of Mansfield, Ohio and Jeannie Rafeld of Columbus, Ohio; mother, Grace Hinzman Carmichael of Sandyville; two stepsons, Howard and Joe Carney of Mansfield, Ohio; a stepdaughter, Patsy Gomez of Hemet, Calif.; four brohters, Ralph Carmichael of Murrsysville, Fred Carmichael of Mansfield, Ohio, Joe Carmichael of Parkersburg and Glen Carmichael of Streetsboro, Ohio; three sisters, Pearl Kissinger and Maxine Emerick of Parkersburg and Margaret Dooley of Burning Springs; and a number of grandchildren.  Services will be at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Darrell Johnson officiating.  Burial will be in Independence Cemetery at Sandyville.  Friends may call at the funeral home.</p>
