  <p>Information: Grace Hartley Carlson, 86, of South Charleston, died July 20 at Valley Health Village, South Charleston, following an extended illness.  She was born in Millwood, WV, a daughter of the late Henry T. and Lora Fenimore Hartley.  She retired from Firestone Tire Rubber Company after 40 years&#39; service.  She was a member of the Community Church in Portage Lakes, Ohio.  Surviving:  one sister, Edna Stahlman of South Charleston and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Carlson in 1963.  Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Greenlawn Cemetery Chapel in Akron, Ohio with the Dr. Bryon Morgan officiating.  Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Akron, Ohio.  Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. today (Wednesday, July 21) at Casto Funeral Home, Evans.</p>
