  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Mrs. Olive Shinn Campbell, 69, of Ripley, died Friday at home after a long illness.  She was a bookkeeper and a former restaurant operator.  She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.  Surviving:  mother, Mrs. Nancy Shinn of Cottageville; brothers, Roy Shinn of Vienna, Daniel Shinn of Nitro, Darrell Shinn of Tiffin, Ohio, Arnold Shinn of Bluffton, Ohio, Woodrow Shinn of McCutchenville, Ohio; sisters, Mrs. Gladys McIntyre of Ripley, Mrs. Naomi Sayre of Evans, Mrs. Margaret Hill of Huntington, Mrs. Clara Blanche Yentzer of Melbourne, Fla.   Service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday in Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Melvin Conley officiating.  Burial will be in Otterbein Cemetery, Evans.  Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
