  <p>Information: John William Campbell Jr., 64, of Parkersurg, died unexpectedly Sunday in the St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital emergency room.  He was born in Silverton, son of the late John W. and Lula Jean Hunter Campbell.  He was retired from the C & P Telephone Co. and was a World War II veteran.  He is survived by his wife, Irene Toomey Campbell; a son, David Campbell of Bradenton, Fla.; a daughter, Cheryl Cosby of Ventura, Calif.; three brothers, Joe of Parkersburg, Jule of Point Pleasant and Jack of Gnadenhutten, Ohio; a sister, Mary Helen Donovan of Fort Wayne, Ind.; and three grandchildren.  Services will be Thursday, 11 a.m. at Ogdin Funeral Home, Parkersburg.  Lloyd Tenney will officiate and burial in the Independence Cemetery, New Era. </p>
