  <p>Information: Mrs. Patsy Caltrider, 38, of Ashtabula, O., died Tuesday in the Ashtabula General Hospital.  She was born at Ravenswood, daughter of Shirley and Millie Vance Sams, of Mineral Wells.  She moved from W. Va. to Ashtabula in 1966.  She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Ashtabula, originally joining the Nazarene Church in Mineral Wells at the age of 15.  She was a member of the Women&#39;s Christian Association at the church.  She was a 1951 graduate of Parkersburg High School.  Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, Richard Caltrider; one son, Gary W., and one daughter Debra Jane both at home, two brothers, Robert J. Sams of Jane Lew and Shirley C. Sams of Vienna; one sister, Mrs. Ida May Carney of Rock Hills, N.C.  She was preceded in death by one brother, Wallace Sams in 1946.  Funeral services in Ashtabula will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at the First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Raymond Taylor officiating.  Additional services will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the Big Tygart United Methodist Church in Mineral Wells.  Burial will be in the Big Tygart Cemetery.  The Jack W. Ross Funeral Home in Ashtabula is in charge of arrangements.</p>
