  <p>Information: Lenore Kessel Anderson, 78, of Parkersburg, died in the St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital, Thursday evening.  She was born April 17, 1890 in Jackson County, daughter of Houston and Rachel Ann Barber Kessel.  She had lived in Cincinnati for several years and worked as a bookkeeper and accountant.  She was a member of the St. Paul&#39;s United Methodist Church.  Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Fred Bernhardt, Parkersburg, and Mrs. Joseph B.(Dora) Samuels, Parkersburg; two brothers, Roscoe L. Kessel of Sun City, Ariz. and Herman W. Kessel of Parkersburg; several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services were conducted at the Vaughn Funeral Home, Monday, with the Rev. David DuBois officiating.  Burial was in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.</p>
