  <p>Information: GOLDTOWN - Oral O. Caldwell, 70, of Goldtown, died Jan. 27, 1995, at VA Medical Center, Huntington, after a short illness.  He was retired from Coastal Tank Lines and was a former supervisor at FMC. He was a member of Charleston Mountain Mission, VFW and a Navy veteran of World War II.  Surviving:  sons, Joe of Indianapolis, Eddie of Fairplain, Terry of Hamilton, Va.; sister, Louise Huppman of St. Petersburg, Fla.; four grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a. m. Tuesday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jack L. Miller officiating.  Burial will be in Buckalew Cemetery, Goldtown.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
