  <p>Information: James Thomas Cain, 92, of Route 1, Evans, died Thursday in Columbus, Ohio after a short illness.  He was born in Mason County, son of the late Richard and Susan Knapp Cain.  He was a farmer and was retired from the West Virginia Department of Highways.  Surviving are daughters, Norma Sayre of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, Elma Ostrom of Columbus, Ohio, and Mary Cain of Evans; sons, Clyde, Richard, Howard and James Jr., all of Columbus; sisters, Rosa Moore of Hartville, Ohio, Lura Davis of Akron, Ohio, Mary Sayre of Columbus, Ohio and Samantha Stewart of Orlando, Fla.; brother, Moses Cain of Columbus, Ohio; 20 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Millie Straight Cain.  Services will be Sunday, 1 p.m. at the Casto Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Higginbotham officiating.  Burial will be in the Warner Cemetery.</p>
