Information: Okey E. Butcher, 80, of Parkersburg, Rt. 5, died yesterday morning in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.  Born at Liverpool, Jackson County, he was a son of the late Burl and Ellen Wright Butcher.  A former 20-year resident of Belpre, he had made his home in Parkersburg for the last eight years.  He was a member of the Christ in Christian Union Church.  Survivors include one son, Fleat Butcher of Wooster, O.; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Dye of Lubeck and Mrs. Clarice Martin of Elizabeth; one brother, Camden Butcher of Parkersburg; two sisters, Mrs. Della Cooper of Walker, and Glenna Butcher of Elizabeth; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death in 1962 by his wife, Mrs. Wilma Butcher.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Spencer Funeral Home at Belpre.  The Rev. Samuel Leach will officiate with burial to be in Rockland Cemetery.
