  <p>Information: MOUNT ALTO - Raymond Daniel Bush, 65, of Mount Alto, W. Va., departed this life Nov. 8, 2001, at his home, following an extended illness. He was born Feb. 4, 1936 in Mount Alto, a son of the late Ralph Daniel Bush and Mabel Jane King Bush of Mount Alto. He was a graduate of Ripley High School, owner and operator of R. D. Bush Trucking, and a member of the Cottageville Lodge No. 54 AF & AM.  He was a member of the Teamsters Union and was a Christian.  In addition to his mother, other survivors are his wife of 46 years, Helen Jean Miller Bush; daughters, Kimberly Blake of Ripley, Becky (Greg) Gibbs of Hurricane, Marianna (Jim) McHugh of Mount Alto, and Melanie (Brian) Purkey of Charleston; grandchildren, Meredith Jean McHugh, Jameson Daniel McHugh, Nicole Danielle Gibbs, Matthew Daniel Blake, Ryan David Blake, Theron Michael Gibbs, and Michelle Whitney Gibbs.  A service to celebrate his life will be Sunday, Nov. 11, 2001, at 2 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, W. Va.  Visitation will be from noon untill service time.  In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Kanawha Hospice, 117 Court St., Ripley, WV 25271</p>
