  <p>Information: Mildred L. Bush, 75, of Clay Route, Spencer, died Dec. 15 in Roane General Hospital, Spencer, following a long illness.  She was the mother of Betty Durst of Ripley.  She was born in Big Springs, Calhoun County, a daughter of the late William H. and Susie Bland Jackson.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.  She is also survived by her husband, William Earl Bush; one son, Robert E. Bush of Spencer; four other daughters, Madelyn Schultz of Santa Clara, Calif., Joan Hathhorn of Beggs, Okla., Winona Czaja of Romulus, Mich., and Carolyn Kelley of Wayne, Mich.; one sister, Perrie Farmer of Blanchester, Ohio; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by five brothers, three sisters and one grandchild.  Service was Dec. 18 at Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer with the Rev. H. G. Wayne officiating.  Burial was in Nobe Cemetery near Grantsville.</p>
