  <p>Information:   Martin L. (Bud) Bush, 63, of Ripley died Tuesday at Jackson General Home following an extended illness.      He was born May 29, 1923, in Jackson County, the son of the late Mart and Winifred Harrison Bush.  He was retired from the State of West Virginia, Department of Highways, a veteran of World War II and was a member of the Ripley VFW.      Surviving; wife, Wanda of Ripley; one son, James M. of Ripley; one daughter, Lee Ann Bush of Vienna; step-mother, Martha Bush of Ripley.      Services are scheduled for Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 4 p,m. Wednesday.</p>
