  <p>Information: Martha Bush, 94, of Ripley, WV, departed this life, November 11, 1998 at Eldercare of Ripley, following an extended illness.  She was born October 5, 1904 at Millwood WV, a daughter of the late Oda and Cora (Ankrum) Bennett.  She was a homemaker and attended the Epworth United Methodist Church in Ripley.  Surviving are a sister, Faye L. Barnes of Columbus, Ohio; several nieces.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Mart Bush; brother, Eugene Bennett; sisters, Sylvia Woodard, Viola Gregg and Deliah Click.  Service will be Saturday (today) November 14, 1998 at 1:00 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans WV with the Dr. Ken Krimmel officating.  Burial will follow in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville WV.  Visitation from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. today.</p>
