  <p>Information: JIM RIDGE--Lloyd W. Bush, 83, of Jim Ridge, Liberty, died Jan. 19, 1996, in Americare-Putnam Nursing Home, Hurricane, after a long illness.  He was a retired welder for Port Amherst Ltd. in the shipyards of Philadelphia during World War II and a member of Kanawha Valley Masonic Lodge 36, Buffalo. Surviving: wife, Madge Kessel Bush; daughter, Betty Rubeor of Melbourne, Fla.; brother, James of Jim Ridge; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.  Service will be 4 p.m. Sunday at Gatens Funeral Home, Poca, with the Rev. Michael D. Hanna officiating..  Entombment will be in Haven of Rest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Red House, with Masonic rites.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 today at the funeral home.</p>
