  <p>Information: Dean Richard Bush, 53, of Route 1, Washington, WV, died Thursday morning in Charleston Memorial Hospital following a short illness.  He was born in Ravenswood, a son of the late Harry Jeff and Sallie Ables Bush.  He was employed by the American Viscose and by the Ideal Corrugated Box Co., Parkersburg.  He was a Presbyterian, a U.S. Air Force veteran and a pilot.  Surviving:  wife, Imogene Casto Bush; son, Flint T. Bush, Washington; daughter, Pamela Richards, Parkersburg; two grandchildren, James and Lacy; brother, Gary Bush of Silverton.  He was preceded in death by one brother and one granddaughter.  Services were Saturday at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
