  <p>Information: Hayward Donnie Burrows, Sr., 82, died Aug. 3, 1996 at home.  He was born on Dec. 13, 1913 in Grantsville WV, the son of the late Walter and Mary Givens Burrows.  He was a maintenance pipefitter and a member of Pipefitters Local #565 in Parkersburg WV.  He was a member of the Ravenswood Church of the Nazarene and he also taught Sunday School for many years at many different churches.  He was the founder and builder of the Five Forks Community Church in Grantsville WV.  Surviving:  wife, Mary Kathryn Hoselton Burrows; sons, Hayward Donnie Burrows, Jr. of Murraysville, Randy Alan Burrows of Murraysville, William Dean Burrows of Washington WV, Richard Burrows of Parkersburg; daughters, Kathy Sue Bailey of Murraysville,  Betsy Larch of Dayton OH, Merlene Cline of Columbus OH;  brothers, Andy Burrows of Florida; Donald Burrows of Walker WV, Leonard Burrows of Vienna WV; sisters, Irene Sears of Grantsville WV, Evelyn Fry of Gambrie OH, Lorene Wines of Little Hocking OH; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Emogene Davis.  Services were Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Ravenswood Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Jack Davis officiating.  Burial was in the Ravenswood cemetery.</p>
