  <p>Information: Florence Pauline McIntyre Burnside, 86, of Middlesboro, Ky., formerly of Parkersburg, died Sunday, Aug. 12, 1990, in Middlesboro Hospital after a short illness.  She was a 45-year resident of Middlesboro and a member of First Christian Church. She was a retired school teacher and former director of the American Red Cross, Middlesboro.  Surviving: sons, Max of Parkersburg, William of Altamone Springs, Fla., Melvin O. of Middlesboro; daughters, Helen Shafer of East Brunswick, N. J., Anna Gent of Cumberland Gap, Tenn., Mary K. Hale of Andersonville, Tenn.; brother, Kenneth McIntyre of Cottageville; 19 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Lawrence Lance Hitt officiating.  Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans.  Shumate Funeral Home, Middlesboro, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
