  <p>Information: Freda Billie Burke, 71 of Portsmouth, Ohio died Thursday, Sept. 18 in Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.  A Portsmouth native, she was a retired teacher from Portsmouth High School, a sponsor of the Trojan yearbook, a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, member of the Presidential Task Force and a Methodist.  Surviving:  sister, Faye Doris Burke of Portsmouth; brother, Louis Lee Burke of Connorsville, Ind.  She was a niece of Mrs. Freda C. Miller.  Graveside service was held Friday at Evergreen Cemetery in Letart with the Rev. John Greenman officiating.  Arrangements were under the direction of Daehler Funeral Home.</p>
