  <p>Information:           H. Clay Anderson, 90, Route 1, Rockport, died Dec. 3, 1989 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Jeff and Leona Burroughs Anderson.  He was a retired farmer and was a member of the Farm Bureau.  He is survived by four sons, the Rev. William J. Anderson of Beverly, W.Va., Davis L. Anderson of Vienna, Carroll F. Anderson of Richfield, Ohio and Theodore J. Anderson of Darlington, S.C.; one daughter, Dolores Clegg of Pettyville; 21 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; two brothers, Dewey Anderson of Vienna and Hugh Anderson of Belleville and one sister, Nellie Miner of Barberton, Ohio.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Mae Rader Anderson, in 1985; one son; one daughter; two grandchildren; two brothers and one sister.  Funeral services were Tuesday at the Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg with the Rev. Amos McVey Jr. and the Rev. Charles Wilcoxen officiating.  Burial was in the Liverpool Cemetery, Jackson County.</p>
