  <p>Information: Alfred Burford, 68, of 1732 White Oak Drive, Pocatalico, died Monday in General Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  He was self-employed, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the VFW.  Surviving:  son, M. Wade Burford of Sanford, Fla.; daughter, Mrs. Janet Casdorph of Sanford; mother, Mrs. Lela Burford of Pocatalico; brothers, Dorsey, Ollie H. and Delano, all of Charleston, Clifton of Pocatalico; sisters, Mrs. Lillian Ferrell, Mrs. Christina Fields, Mrs. Gwendolyn Good and Mrs. Roberta Guthrie, all of Charleston, Mrs. Minnie Petry of Sissonville, Mrs. Nettie Hopkins of Nitro; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Cunningham Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Harper officiating.  Burial will be at Shamblin Cemetery, Goldtown.  Friends may call today at the funeral home.</p>
