  <p>Information: William Curtis Burdette 31, Cottageville, died July 7, 1994 of injuries received in an automobile accident at Mt. Alto.  He was born in Hinton, son of Charles Ashley and Anna Mae Fox Burdette of Cottageville.  He was an employee of Valley Inc., a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and a Baptist.  Survivors in addition to parents are:  son, William Curtis Jr., at home; brother Larry of Sandyville; sisters Kay Huddleston, Portland, Ohio; Wilma Surbaugh, Flint, Mich., Missy Alan, Louisville, Ky, Carol Baker, Fostoria, OH, Shirley Burdette, Cottageville; several nieces and nephews.  Services were held July 10 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans with the Rev. Charles Cavender officiating.  Burial was in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.</p>
