Information: Gertrude May Hawkins Anderson was born May 7, 1910 and died June 18, 1935, aged 25 years, 1 month and 8 days.  She was adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Anderson when twenty months old and at the age of 13 years became the step-daughter of G. N. Lockhart, with whom she resided until her death, after having suffered the ordeal of that dread malady, phthisis (pulmonary tuberculosis).  She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Ravenswood and a graduate of Ravenswood High School.   (from the Betty Kessel McIntyre collection)
