  <p>Information: Roma W. Bumgarner, 73 of Route 1, Reedy died at his home Monday, April 27, 1987 following a long illness.  He was born in Wirt County, a son of the late Joseph and Nina Geer Bumgarner.  He was a member of the Stoney Point United Methodist Church, near Reedy.  He was a retired school bus driver in Roane County with 28 years&#39; service and a retired farmer.  He is survived by his wife:  Orpha Ledsome Bumgarner; one daughter, Loretta A. Lowers of Belpre, Ohio; four sisters, Mildred Sellers, Hazel Casto and Ann Thorne, all of Parkersburg and Marie Posey of Atlanta, Ga.; three brothers, Hoyt Bumgarner of Vienna, Theodore Bumgarner of Chester and Basil Bumgarner of Leroy.  He was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.  Services will be Thursday, April 30 at Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating.  Burial will be in Two Run Cemetery near Palestine.</p>
