  <p>Information: James Otis Bumgardner, 85, of Liberty, Putnam County, died Monday in General Division, CAMC, after a short illness.  He was owner and operator of Bumgardner&#39;s Garage in Liberty with 60 years&#39; service.  He attended Liberty Church, Liberty.  Surviving:  wife, Fay Walters Bumgardner; daughter, Gilda Holloran of South Charleston; sister, Wanda Bailey of Liberty; three grandchildren; two great-grandsons.  Service will be at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) in Liberty Church with the Rev. Charles Scraggs officiating.  Burial will be in Emma Chapel Cemetery, Liberty.  Raynes Funeral Home, Buffalo, was in charge of arrangements.     *Born July 11, 1899.</p>
