  <p>Information: Harold Lee Bullard, 65, of St. Albans, died August 11, 1996, in General Division CAMC after a short illness.  He was retired assistant administrator at W. Va. Rehabilitation Center, Institute, a teacher for Putnam and Kanawha county boards of education, attended Maranatha Fellowship, St. Albans, and was an Air Force veteran.  Surviving: sons, Roger Lee and Gregory Scott, both of St. Albans; daughter Tina Renee Bullard of St. Albans; brothers, Elmer of Kenna, Clarence of South Charleston; sister, Beulah White of Ovapa.  Services will be held Wednesday (today) at Maranatha Fellowship Church with Pastor Conrad Haning officiating.  Burial will be in Belcher Cemertery, Ovapa.  Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
