  <p>Information: Inel Elizabeth Bugg, 82, of Maple Street, Evans, died Sunday, May 8, 1988, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Early and Margaret Alma Thomas Kerwood.  She was a retired employee of Columbus Packing Co., Columbus, Ohio, and was a member of the United Brethren Church.  She was a homemaker.  She is survived by two brothers, John Kerwood of Cottageville and Raymond Kerwood of Ravenswood.  Services will be today (Wednesday) 2 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Armor Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.</p>
