Information: Mrs. Lydia (Flinn) Buffington, 76, native of Jackson county and former resident of this community, died yesterday at 9 a.m. at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Shutts, Weston, Rt. 1, where he had resided for sometime.  She was the daughter of the late Isaac and Margaret Love Sayre, and was twice married, first to William M. Flinn, who died in 1918, and later to Charles R. Buffington, who died in 1948.  She was a member of the Vienna Evangelical United Brethren Church, the O.E.S. at Parkersburg, and was matron at the Masonic Home here for 12 years.     Survivors in additon to her daughter include three sons, Roscoe Flinn, Ravenswood, Paul Flinn of Parkersburg and Glenn Flinn of Bradford, Pa.; a brother, John T. Sayre of this city, and a sister, Mrs. Mona Carpenter, Weston Rt. 1.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the Floyd funeral home at Weston, with the Rev. Oscar Nease and the Rev. Mr. Schalleford officiating.  The Order of Eastern Star also will conduct a service.  The body will arrive at the Chambers funeral home at Ravenswood Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. and additional services will be held there at 1 p.m.  Burial will be in the Ravenswood cemetery.
