Information: Pearl Lemon Buckley of Parkersburg, died at Worthington Manor following an extended illness. She is the mother of E. Paul Lemon of Ravenswood. She was born in Ritchie County, a daughter of the late Roland and Cora Trippett Dye. She was a member of the Lockport Baptist Church for 67 years and was the church's oldest member. She was a member of the Clara Edna Chapter No. 140 Order of the Eastern Star for many years. She had previously worked as a licensed practical nurse at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital and in private practice. She is also survived by one daughter, Helen Holtz of Parkersburg; three brothers, Alfred Dye of Washinton, Albert Dye of Wheeling and Howard Dye of Parkersburg; two grandchildren, Mary Ann Smith of Washington, and Lori Anne Lemon of Lawton, Okla; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews including Wilmadene Williams of Washington, whom she raised. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Rockford Lawrence Lemon, and her second husband, Charles Buckley; one son, and five sisters. Services were held at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Richard Runnion officiating. Burial followed in the Mount Olivet Cemetery.
