  <p>Information: Mary Louise Hess Buckland, 67, of Ravenswood died Tuesday at Jackson General Hospital following a sudden illness.  She was born in Pulaski County, Virginia, daughter of the late John H. and Betty Snyder Hess.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ravenswood and a homemaker.  Surviving;  husband, George of Ravenswood; daughters, Freda A. McVay of Leroy and Garnet A. Plumley of Washington, WV; son, Ronald L. of Ravenswood; brothers, Everett and Lewis Hess both of Bell Springs, Va.; seven grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Malcolm.  Service will be Thursday, 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, Ravenswood with Rev. James Cunningham officiating.  Burial will be in the Ravenswood Cemetery.  Straight-Tucker Funeral Home is is charge of arrangements.</p>
