  <p>Information: RITES AT FAIRPLAIN FOR MRS. SKIDMORE- Funeral services were held Monday at the Fairplain Methodist church for Mrs. Elaine Skidmore Buckalew of Hurricane.  Mrs. Buckalew, 49, was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Skidmore of Ripley, and a sister of Rolla Skidmore of Ripley, and Mrs. Waneta Rhodes of Fairplain.  She was a graduate of Ripley high school.  Other survivors include her husband, Madison Ray; a son, Mikle Ray, at home; another brother, Ray Skidmore of Charleston; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Bowles of Charleston, and Mrs. Hazel Pullins of Rand.  Rev. Vairl Winter officiated at the services and burial followed in Fairplain cemetery.</p>
