  <p>Information: Mrs. Nellie Buchannon of Palestine, Route 1, died in Roane General Hospital following an extended illness.  Mrs. Buchannon was born Sept. 15, 1889, in Wirt County, a daughter of the late F.W. and Fannie Sheppard Ott.  She was a member of the Union Chapel United Methodist Church and the Pee Wee Daughters of America.  Surviving are a brother, Beryl Ott of Lynnwood, Calif.; four sisters, Mrs. Stella Davis of Parkersburg, Mrs. Clara McCoy of Akron, Ohio, Mrs. Inez Allen of Ripley and Mrs. Eula Sloan of Coleman, Fla.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James S. Buchannon.  Services were held at Vail Funeral Home with burial in the Elizabeth K of P Cemetery.</p>
