  <p>Information: Dover Brown, 66, of Sandyville, died Feb. 27, 1989, after a short illness.  He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum and was a veteran of World War II.  He was a Methodist. Surviving:  wife, Carrel Morgan Brown; son, Rocky of Nashville, Tenn.; daughters, Sarah Lawless of Ravenswood, Sherry Fields of Terra Alta, Tana Meredith of Bayside, NY, and Marianne Brown, at home; brothers, Garman of Ranson WV, Ralph and Rex, both of Baltimore MD, Charles of Winters CA, and Ted of Portland OR; sisters, Helen Thomas of Winston-Salem NC, Alma Pegram of Wilksboro NC, Hattie Crigger of Wytheville VA and Geraldine Blake and Arvilee Church, both of Baltimore MD; five grandchildren.  Services will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the Parsons Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Bill Sullivan officiating.  Burial will be in Independence Cemetery, Sandyville.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
